You can also customize them. You can even make your own online birthday cards if you want to. Almost everyone has Photoshop, or something similar nowadays. All you need to do is write some text. Some persons even go as far as sending an online birthday gift for friends. I believe find this was a little tacky. You should take the time to give birthday gifts yourself.
